Okay, so my hosting seemed fine at the time... then I decide I need to do a backup... *hits backup button* ... "Cannot generate backup, sent an error to hosting provider".
Hm, strange... let's see what HostDone has to say for themselves. I send in a support ticket, and wait for a response. Response arrives. "Yes, we don't do all-in-one backups, just use FTP, and MySQLAdmin" ... Uhm,... say what?
To make a long story short I tried to convince them simple full backups are not an optional extra but a necessity, but they did not seem convinced. I immediately moved to a local hosting provider www.cove.com.au, and dropped HostDone ASAP. Feeling a lot better about the world now.

I must say I haven't had any real problems. There was the brief(?) argument with the company providing their domain registrations. But even that didn't really affect me directly. And I recall a single outage sometime. But all in all I have been very happy with both the performance, the price and the service.

Yes,but their track record for blaming everyone around them, this we can say question mark here. But, i will research and investigate after my mcitp training . Any way it is good on their behalf.

Come across any problems so far? How's their support? Been thinking about moving a site to Cove, but their track record for blaming everyone around them, kind of puts a dint. But their packages look impressive though.
